Remote Locations:
For outlying PINs, delivery may take up to 4–5 business days.

3. Order Cut-Offs & Time Slots

To ensure punctual delivery, please follow these cut-offs:

  • Same-Day: Order before 2:00 PM
  • Midnight: Order before 8:00 PM (previous day)
  • Next-Day: Order before 6:00 PM
  • Standard: No limit — auto-scheduled at checkout

Festival Note: During peak events (Valentine’s, Rakhi, Diwali), time slots may shift to an all-day window (9 AM–9 PM). Order 1–2 days in advance to secure your preferred slot.

We work with a hybrid network designed for reliability and freshness:

  • Local Vendors: Certified florists, bakers, and artisans preparing gifts within your recipient’s city.
  • Courier Partners: Shiprocket connects us to leading couriers — Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, India Post, Shadowfax — selecting the fastest for your PIN code.

Every vendor is SLA-bound and audited for hygiene, packaging, and delivery standards.


5. Delays & Exceptions (Transparency First)

While 95% of our deliveries arrive on time, a few factors can cause delays:

  • Extreme weather (rain, heat waves, natural disruptions)
  • Public holidays or strikes
  • Recipient unavailability or wrong address
  • Remote PINs or courier access issues
  • Unforeseen supply shortages (e.g., flower/cake stockouts)

If any delay occurs, you’ll be notified instantly via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
We’ll offer alternatives — rescheduling, replacement, or refund — as per your comfort.

We don’t hide behind fine print. If we fall short, we take responsibility.


6. Tracking & Notifications

You’ll always know where your happiness is:

  1. Order Confirmation – Instant email & SMS after purchase.
  2. Dispatch Alert – Tracking link sent when your order is shipped.
  3. Out for Delivery – WhatsApp/SMS update when it’s on the way.
  4. Delivery Confirmation – Photo or OTP-based confirmation (for perishables).

If the recipient is unavailable, our team will:

  • Attempt delivery twice,
  • Contact you or the recipient,
  • Reschedule if feasible (non-perishables only).

Perishable items (flowers, cakes) cannot be re-dispatched but will be compensated fairly as per our refund policy.


7. Refunds & Replacements

If we miss a delivery due to our fault — damaged product, missed time slot, or courier lapse — we’ll make it right.

Refunds are processed under the Return & Refund Policy within 24 hours (perishable) or 48 hours (non-perishable) after issue confirmation.


8. Special Delivery Services

  • Midnight Surprise: 11:30 PM–12:30 AM deliveries for cakes & flowers in select metros.
  • Weekend & Holiday Delivery: Yes, we deliver on Sundays and national holidays (where couriers operate).
  • Express Delivery (Beta): 2–3 hour delivery in NCR zones — launching mid-2026.
